Under Windows:

The Windows Event Log records this information. The Event Log may be viewed, and may be saved to a file, by using the Windows Event Viewer. The information is found under the application log in the event log. The source for the errors is the name of the database service: MIMER-database.

Under Windows CE and Windows Mobile:

The information is recorded in the mimer.log file. This file is found in the database server home directory and may be copied and read.
